How To Create A Lawn By Using Fake Grass

Unroll the fake grasses from the sides and it may take a few hours before it will fully recover its shape after being transported and formed into rolls. Be patient and wait till the base totally dried up. Ensure that the base is firm and smooth before doing the next step.

Construct a border. There must be a border that is waterproof within the perimeters if there is none. This will keep the lawns from separating or slumping over time. The best option to use is a plastic bender board. For a more distinguished look, use a concrete curb. Do not let the border protrude above the level of grass.

When installing the lawns, the turf has to be laid out. Measure the entire area the exact place where the turf will be placed. Stretch the strips and lay it flat down on the readied base. Do not drag down the lawn right over the surface because it will disturb the smoothen ground.
